Aspiring Nursing – February 2024
Posted on 2nd April 2024
In February, the Talent Academy successfully held its first ‘Aspiring Nursing’ events at Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. The free events provided young people aged 15-19 years, living or educated in Lincolnshire the opportunity to participate in hands on skills sessions and attend informative talks run by experts working in various roles and specialisms within Nursing.
Supported by the United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust Nursing team and the University of Lincoln attendees learned about the skills required to work within a career that strives daily to improve people’s lives through direct patient care.
