Aspiring Occupational Therapy: Talent Academy hosts first event at Pilgrim Hospital

In April, the Talent Academy hosted its first Aspiring Occupational Therapy event at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston.
Young people aged 14–19 had the opportunity to meet staff from Lincolnshire Neighbourhood Working, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, and United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Guided by experienced professionals from a range of settings and roles, attendees took part in interactive workshops and discussions. Professionals shared insights from their own career journeys, highlighting the essential skills needed for a career that goes beyond diagnosis and limitations, supports independence, and helps people live life to the fullest.
