NHS Cadet Programme Lincolnshire: Start Your Healthcare Career – Coming Soon!

If you’re a young person considering a future in healthcare, our Healthcare Cadet Apprenticeship programme may be the course for you. Soon available at Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, this apprenticeship will give you the chance to gain real experience in a clinical setting, while building a foundation for a long-term NHS career, all while being paid.
What is the NHS Healthcare Cadet Apprenticeship Programme?
Open to persons aged 16 and 17 years, as an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to start your career and take the first steps on your development journey towards becoming a healthcare professional. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced NHS staff, learning essential care skills and contributing to patient support.
Subject to satisfactory performance, all Cadets are offered a permanent full-time position upon reaching the age of 18 years.
Healthcare Support Worker Roles for T Level Students
Did you know that T Level students will be able to apply for our experienced Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) roles once they have finished their course? You’ll be able to earn while you learn, gaining valuable experience that builds on your studies, and kickstart your career in the NHS.
