The Lincolnshire Talent Academy is a representative body of the health and care community, funded by United Lincolnshire Hospitals and Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trusts.
Working on behalf of its wide range of stakeholders, the Academy delivers proactive services to aid recruitment, skills development and future portability and integration of skills across the health and care system.
