Development opportunities for current and aspiring Allied Health Professionals
With a shortage of Allied Health professionals across the country, its important that we seek to provide opportunities for individuals to train and develop within Lincolnshire.
In 2017, Lincolnshire commenced the development of the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist Apprenticeship. Working with the Institute for Apprenticeships and a group of committed employers from across the country, the new apprenticeship standards were developed and subsequently approved by Government for delivery in 2019.
Lincolnshire has gone on to build upon this, creating its first development pathway for individuals interested in pursuing a career in these professions.
