The Lincolnshire Talent Academy host numerous ‘Aspiring Programmes’ for students wanting to discover more about specific career paths.
The Aspiring Programmes give students a unique experience to explore a specific career pathway, which are led by industry professionals. The programmes allow the students to engage with the various professionals and that unique work experience offer.
