Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study, and provide the opportunity to work alongside experienced staff, gaining job-specific skills, whilst earing a wage. An Apprenticeship may take between 1 and 5 years to complete depending on the level, and is available to anyone over the age of 16, living in England, and not in full-time education.
The Lincolnshire Talent Academy is committed to promoting Equality and Diversity, and the Disability Confident Scheme amongst our stakeholders. As such, we encourage applications from people living with disability and those covered by the protected groups within the Equality Act 2010.
