Discovery House is located on the St George’s Hospital site in Lincoln and consists of three Rehabilitation wards for service users with enduring mental health problems.

This post is an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic individual, to develop their skills and knowledge by taking the first steps into a clinical role within a healthcare environment.

The successful candidates will be committed to work towards a Completing a level 2 apprenticeship in healthcare support. In addition to the formal education, each apprentice will be supported with monthly masterclasses, networking opportunities, regular pastoral support with the apprentice coordinator and day to day support from their local manager/supervisor.

The shortlisting panel will particularly welcome applications from candidates who have a knowledge or lived experience of mental health conditions or mental health services within the county.
