We are celebrating our Apprentices’ achievements!
It’s the final day of National Apprenticeship Week! Day 5 of the #NHS100Challenge
Today we are at the County Hospital, Louth in the Thomas suite from 9am-3pm. We will also be at Grantham & District Hospital in the Stonebridge Classroom from 9am – 11:30am as well, as stakeholders will be at both sites today!
Did You Know?
That 90% of apprentices are kept on by their employer upon the completion of their course.
Additionally, nearly a quarter of apprentices are promoted within 12 months of funding.
This includes Debbie, who is an Immunisation Support Worker for Lincolnshire Community Health Services. She has been working for the NHS now for nearly 20 years!
She has just recently completed her apprenticeship and she has been kind enough to share her experience of studying for her Level 2 apprenticeship!

The #NHS100Challenge continues…
Even though today is the final day of National Apprenticeship week, the #NHS100Challenge will be continuing!
The Lincolnshire challenge to sign up 100 staff onto apprenticeships in 100 days across our 3 NHS trusts – the challenge will end on the 11th June.
