An opportunity has arisen for a motivated proactive individual to join a Team of 6 at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Bank Staffing Unit.

Main Duties of the role to include

To provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective deployment and management of the bank and agency staff in accordance with policies and procedures

Be proactive in ensuring shifts are filled, to advertise shifts and identify appropriate workers to fill the shift making use of a variety of communication including social media.

To ensure line managers are regularly informed about the fulfilment of temporary staffing requirements

To liaise with agencies to fill available shifts when these cannot be filled with bank

Answer email enquiries

You will be expected to manage your own workload, work to specified timetables, use your initiative and communicate effectively, escalating issues as appropriate. You will need to have a flexible approach to your work.

The opening hours for BSU are 7 days a week 365 days of the year.

Hours are worked on a shift pattern of 08:30- 16:30 or 10.30-18.30 weekdays and 08:30-13:30 at weekends. These shifts are on a rostered basis with the rest of the team. (weekend and bank hols are paid at enhanced rates
