As a Care Assistant at one of our Tanglewood care homes, you will provide our residents with the highest quality of care to live happy, healthy lives. Duties will include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.

While previous care experience is desirable & welcome, if you have the right values and attitude, we will provide all the training and support you need to excel in your new role, including the Level 2 apprenticeship qualification in Health & Social Care.

You don't need any qualifications to get started in your career as a Care Assistant, and this can open doors to progression within the care home, with training. Career progression routes include, for example - Senior Care Assistant, Care Mentor, a Registered Nurse* pathway, Residential Care Manager, Deputy Manager and beyond!
*In our care homes with nursing: Spalding, Lincoln, Boston Hunter’s Creek and Horncastle
