Estates Administation Apprentice
We have an exciting new role and opportunity at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) for an Estates and Facility Management Administration Apprentice. Our staff collectively see thousands of people every day in community hospitals, health clinics, schools, children’s centres and in patients’ own homes. About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for an Administration Apprentice to join our Estates and Facilities Management team based at LCHS Trust Headquarters, Beech House, Lincoln and Fen House, North Hykeham. You will provide day to day comprehensive, effective and efficient administration support to a wide range of functions across the Estates and Facilities Management function, employed by Lincolnshire Community Health Services but also working within Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust.

The post holder will be an integral member of the department with varied job roles and responsibilities that meet service needs including, but not be limited to:
.
•Providing administration support to the estates and facilities management teams
•Data input and maintenance of electronic information resources
•Assistance with processing maintenance and facilities requests
•Answering telephone and email queries and redirecting as appropriate

About the Apprenticeship
As an apprentice within LCHS you will be fully supported within the role, to enable you to grow and develop as you work towards the completion of your nationally recognised Level 2 Apprenticeship Diploma in Business & Administration. We hold ourselves to extremely high standards and expect no less from our apprentices and as such we will encourage you to strive for excellence at all times.

The 15 month Apprenticeship Programme involves a combination of work-based practice, of- the-job facilitated group workshops, added valued vocational training courses such as First Aid at Work, Trust insight experience days and completion of a Level 2 National Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration. Additional information, advice and guidance can be provided to assist apprentices to secure a post upon the completion of the apprenticeship. The hours of work will be 37.5, Monday to Friday, for a fixed term period of 15 months.
