We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire or interest to undertake an apprenticeship in an Administration role within our Human Resources team. You will need to be committed to complete your apprenticeship with us and most importantly, willing to learn.
.
We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to use the systems and processes already set up within the department. We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.
.
The role will involve providing administrative support to team colleagues, including photocopying, filing, data input and meeting/greeting visitors to the department. Alongside your role you will study for a nationally recognised qualification: Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2. This qualification will include work place assessments and also attendance at study skills sessions within the hospital. This role will give the successful candidates an opportunity to learn about business administration tasks within a hospital environment.

Duration: 13months fixed term

Salary: National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
.
Annual Leave: 27 days + Bank Holidays
